Ancient Semites used Egyptian Script by slaveofone
The earliest occurence of Egyptian hieroglyphics used to communicate the ancient Semitic language that would eventually be called Phoenician and Hebrew has been discovered. Before Abraham entered Egypt, it seems the Semitic language was already being written using Egyptian script.
